Day 1

We will be departing from the local area bright and early at 4am, with planned stops along the way to stretch our legs and grab some snacks before reaching the ferry for our 10am departure.

After a relaxing ferry ride, we aim to arrive at our hotel in Cologne by 4pm.

Day 2

Cologne Christmas market, also known as the “Cologne Cathedral Christmas Market,” is one of the oldest and most popular Christmas markets in Germany. The market is located in the heart of Cologne, directly in front of the iconic Cologne Cathedral. It typically runs from the end of November until Christmas Eve and attracts millions of visitors each year.

Visitors to the Cologne Christmas market can expect to find a festive atmosphere with beautifully decorated stalls selling a variety of gifts, crafts, and traditional Christmas decorations. There are also numerous food and drink stalls offering a selection of German holiday treats such as roasted chestnuts, gingerbread cookies, and mulled wine.

One of the highlights of the Cologne Christmas market is the stunning backdrop of the Cologne Cathedral, which is illuminated at night, creating a magical atmosphere. Additionally, the market features live music performances, ice skating rinks, and a range of entertainment for both children and adults.

Day 3

You have a choice, you can go back to visit the Market in Cologne or visit a neighboring town. 

 Day 4

we will check out of our hotel at 8am and head back home, with the ferry departing at 1:30pm. We will once again have stops planned along the way to ensure a comfortable journey, aiming to be back in the local area by 10/11pm.
